It might make some sense after reading this discussion where feeding poisoned meat to a lion is compared to "feeding" a "poisoned" CDS to an investor.
The point being that the poisoned meat goes "one level up" beyond what the lion can understand, and it can't use similar countermeasures against the human. Eliezer_Yudkowsky was saying that it's different for humans and CDSes because they can in fact use same-level countermeasures -- like getting Hank Paulson to bail them out.
