I don't own a business, but I am planning on buying a house in the near future, and thinking about how the next round of tax credits will affect that process makes me nervous.<br /><br />I think homebuying tax credits are a horrible idea, but if they would allow me to raise the price of the house I am selling, then that is what I will do.
